How S&S Comfort Solutions LLC handles the information you share with us. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by S&S Comfort Solutions LLC, 3725 Hawkins St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (“S&S”, “we”, “us”). We provide heating, cooling and plumbing service to homes in the Albuquerque area.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a service request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you need, a description of the problem, the best time to reach you, and whether it is an emergency. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools provided by our website platform and analytics services.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and carry out service, send you estimates and invoices, follow up on work we have done, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), our customer-management and scheduling software, our marketing agency, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure which pages and ads lead to service requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time.
Children
Our services and this website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
